Fifth day of the festival «Theatre.UZ/2013»

The program of the fifth day of the IV International Theatre Festival «Theatre.UZ/2013» includes: performance of Republican Puppet Theatre "Again Andersen" on the fairy tale "The Little Match Girl" by Hans Christian Andersen; the play «Shock " (A. Karaev) of Kattakurgan Theater of Musical Drama named after A.Madzhidy ; the second time was shown graduation performance "Halima"; the play "Love peri" (by T. Mahmadrizo) of State Russian Drama Theater of Tajikistan; the performance "Past Days" based on the novel A.Kadyri  in Uzbek National Academic Drama Theatre , the play "Arshin mal - alan" ( U.Hadjibeyov) in Uzbek State music Theatre named after Mukimi; the performance "Affiliates" ( A.Galin) Academic Russian Drama Theatre of Uzbekistan and the performance of "You and Me ..." (by I.Chlaki) of Theatre Festival "Baltic House" (St. Petersburg , Russia ) at the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan.

Republican Puppet Theatre presented the play "Once again Andersen" on the fairy tale "The Little Match Girl" of Hans Christian Andersen. It is about poor girl selling matches before the New Year. But it so happened that no one bought her matches, as each took the time in the comfort of your warm home for the holiday. Frozen and hungry, the girl is afraid to go home without money. She decides to keep warm little matches, despite the punishment cruel father. Together with a twinkle of matches appear wonders of imagination dying from the cold girl. In this fantasy world she finds all that it lacks in the real world: friendship, warmth, celebration, and a mother who takes her to her heaven, «where there is no hunger, no cold, no fear ... ". The story shows that hope dies last, that the brightest ideas come to us in the darkest hours, no matter what.

The Republican Youth Theatre was the performance "Shock" (A. Karaev) of Kattakurgan Theater of Musical Drama n.a. A. Majid; directors are Noily Karayeva and Gulbahor Mamedov. Staging tells about the doctor for many years looking for a unique formula of eternal life and rejuvenation. Brilliant scientist more than two hundred years prolongs the life of their patients, but patients grow decrepit and complain that are tired of being elderly. His first clients are older patients: a graph, a famous actress and businesswoman. In the play's patients receive the head and body of five-year old kids. As conceived by the doctor only in this age, people are infinitely happy, open to the world and have no criminal tendencies.

Under the "Creativity young" was presented graduation performance "Halima" G. Zafar of director Ramziddin Kadyrov. This performance - the first musical drama, written on the basis of Kokand events 1910.

Tashkent State Musical Comedy Theatre presented the play "Love peri" according to T. Mahmadrizo, of State Russian Drama Theater of Tajikistan and directed by Bodurbek Miralibekov. "Love peri" - is a modern legend, based on real events, which tells how many people lose because of their shortcomings. The play is not only about love, but about the imaginary friendship, desire for fame and power by any means a real talent.

In the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater was a performance of "The past days" on the play A. Kadiri directed by Marat Asimov. The action takes place in the early nineteenth century in Tashkent. Otabek and Kumush love each other and are happy in marriage. But Otabek`s parents highly criticize them with Sharia law and forces son to marry second time. The family is brewing into deep conflict.

This year, the musical comedy "Arshin mal-alan" becomes 100 years old. This production took place at the Uzbek State Music Theatre n.a. Mukimi, directed by Ahad Parman, based on ideology and aspirations of the XXI century viewer, read as a new play. In the new interpretation, living and working in Tashkent young businessmen in search of happiness, worthy husband suddenly remembered about the famous comedy "Arshin mal-alan". In the statement echoed events occur in the early twentieth century in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan today.

In Academic Russian Drama Theatre of Uzbekistan was the performance "Affiliates" of Galin directed by Vladimir Shapiro. Alexander Galin - one of the leading Russian playwrights, screenwriter, film and theater director. Galin plays staged in more than 200 theaters in the CIS-x, as well as in many theaters of Europe, America and Asia. The play "New analytical logic" ("Affiliates") tells a simple story about people, history is a funny and sad at the same time, with unexpected plot moves and tragicomic denouement.

The fifth day of the festival ended with the performance «You and Me ..." by Yuri I. Chlaki Yadrovskiy at the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan. Characters of the play contemporary Russian playwright Ilya Chlaki is not a happy one: vanity, lies, grief, suffering ... Baby resentment replaced family squabbles - a boy becomes a man and no longer hurts the mother, and his girlfriend, then - wife. The history of relations Dmitry and clown girl - a strange character that represents all the women Dmitry met on his way, becomes an eternal story of the struggle of love and loneliness.
