The second day of the festival «Theatre.UZ/2013»

Working days of the IV International Theatre Festival «Theatre.UZ/2013» began at the State Institute of Culture and Arts with a master-class theater historian and journalist Helena Liopo of Belarus. In the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater was a performance of "Noah's Ark" Kashkadarya Regional Theater of Musical Drama them. M.Tashmuhamedova. The second day of the festival began with a master- class of theater historian and journalist Helena Liopo . It was in the State Institute of Art and Culture and focused on "Television Theatre". Helena Liopo - author and host of programs and films about theater people theater festivals. Its programs are regularly published in the cycles of "Creators", "Creative Portraits", "Monologue", "Benefit", "art club". Helena also engaged in the TV version Liopo performances and original productions. On its initiative on the channel "LAD", a new series of programs "Theatre Favorites", dedicated to the largest international theater festival held in Belarus and abroad.

During master class she introduced her best films of interviews with prominent theatrical figures of our time. In particular with the Lithuanian theater director Eimuntas Nekrosius.

Helena also shared her experience with the participants of the master class, talked about the nuances of the interview, what questions need to be advised to ask to fully disclose the identity of the interlocutor for the audience, spoke about the specifics of working in TV, how to cook their own TV shows, talked about her future plans.

"I think this festival gives young theater-goers an invaluable experience because come late to the theater after graduation, it is necessary to come here during their studies" - shared Helena Liopo opinion about the festival «Theatre.UZ».

- This workshop encouraged me to strive for the same level of professionalism as that of Helena Liopo. I would like to meet with such talented people more. The participants of this festival - the critics, journalists, actors and directors who share with us their experiences, show their work - we have the opportunity to learn something. We see how different countries are developing theaters, and it's very interesting. Also, these activities help to attract more young people to the theater and experience something of something big.

- Helen Liopo shared invaluable experience, talked about the specifics of working in the theater. She is just as close to us saying of Voltaire that all genres are good except the boring. And in the future when setting their performances this I will consider. This festival for me - a golden opportunity to see live and mingle with talented people who are in love, as I do in the theater.

In the Theater. Hamza was the performance N. Shadmanova "Noah's Ark" director Farkhad Zhumayeva troupe Kashkadarya regional musical theater Drama. M. Tashmuhammedov. The main theme of the play is human flaws, weaknesses and strength of a man in difficult situations, the ability to achieve goals. In addition to performance the actors are involved and the audience are as participants in history. This is a very enlivened process and caused an even stronger interest in the proceedings.


At the end of speech, one of the audience of the play - Israeli director Moni Yosef expressed his admiration for her acting, directing the course. He also noted how different are theaters in Uzbekistan, and what an interesting decision was to involve the scene to douse the viewer in the course of history and the atmosphere of theatrical activity.

Guests also noted that it was a good decision to not move away from the classical interpretation of "Ark", which is good news against the background of modern interpretations of various performances.

Completed the second day of the fourth international theatrical festival «Theatre.uz/2013» performance troupe Chamber Drama Theatre of Vologda (Russia) on the stage of the Academic Russian Drama Theatre of Uzbekistan. Performed the play directed by Iakov Rubin "Klassika.ru" - a simultaneous game. The play includes the famous works of Russian classics, "White Night" by F. Dostoevsky, "female warrior" Nikolai Leskov and fragments of "Eugene Onegin" by Pushkin, who played at the same time . In the extraordinary space of the "night " of St. Petersburg played surreal scenes from the lives of characters - men and women covered by a passionate desire to love and happiness.

- Our group is easy -going, we travel a lot in Russia and the world, taking part in various competitions and festivals. That's where we learned about the wonderful festival «Theatre.Uz», which is held in Uzbekistan. When we found out that there is an opportunity to participate, our company has postponed all business and it is a great pleasure for us to arrive to sunny Tashkent. Here we present the play "Klassika.ru." With this performance, we participate in competitions is not the first time. It gained popularity in Russia, we hope that the audience will like and in Uzbekistan.

- The whole world of theater, and I congratulate our people with such a big autumn holiday. It is a very important event especially for the theater. «Theatre.Uz»- an opportunity for everyone to see the interesting spectacle theater-goer, different directions, to discover new horizons in creativity. Today's event I attended in order to learn how to read through the classics nowadays directors, because the classic is always returned, but in a different form, with a new understanding. In this performance, I was very pleased to see that there are turning to the classics. Very good and affordable displayed works of famous writers, and most importantly - an amazing skill of the actors. This play made a lasting impression on me.

- Our group is for the first time in Tashkent, and we are very impressed with the city. For us, northerners, your climate is very unusual, but we are happy with such warmth of this place. Arriving here, we had many things to see, and I think, we will see even more. I would like to thank the organizers of this project. Everything is very well organized, we are paid a lot of attention. I also want to thank the artists of the Youth Theatre for the fact that they help us all. Regarding the show I can say that at first it was hard to get in touch with the audience. Felt wary audience, the audience reacted with caution to our game, but it seemed to me, to the end of the performance we have been able to break that barrier.
