‘I RETURN. FOGET!’ by Khodikyan
Directed by Svetlana Barasheva The play seeks to convey the message that it is crucial to live in your motherland. A saying goes that you will be of use where you were born. The heroine of the play suffers a tragedy in her youth by losing her beloved in the war for Armenia’s independence in the late 20th century. Years of war and wandering in a foreign country didn’t break her down or kill her dignity and pride for her motherland, where she returns at the end of the play. |
